Job Title: Marketing Associate

Work Location: New Haven County, Connecticut

Summary:

Seeking a Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives within the cell therapy / biotech space. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to work closely with internal teams in a fast-paced, scientific environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the creation, coordination, and execution of marketing content across various channels
• Assist with outreach to external companies and partners, working closely with the existing internal team
• Coordinate marketing activities and ensure timely follow-up and communication
• Support planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, and industry events
• Help manage marketing materials, timelines, and internal coordination
• Maintain organized records of outreach, content, and marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in the biotech industry is required
• Cell therapy experience is strongly preferred
• Candidates with a dual background in biology and marketing or business are highly desirable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Ability to work on-site full-time (no remote option)
• Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and events
