Our client, a leading company, is hiring an Office Manager.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly proactive and organized Office Manager to support day-to-day office operations and help create a well-run, engaging workplace. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Office Manager will be a key presence in the office anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and keeping operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and action-driven—someone who sees what needs to be done and does it, without waiting to be asked.

Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day office operations, ensuring the office is well-organized, fully stocked, and running efficiently
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and inventory; proactively restock and source as needed
  • Coordinate office logistics including meetings, onsite events, team gatherings, and company celebrations
  • Support travel arrangements and scheduling logistics for visiting team members and leadership as needed
  • Serve as a welcoming, professional point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners
  • Identify operational gaps and take initiative to improve processes and office workflows
  • Partner with internal teams to support culture-building initiatives and a positive in-office experience
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Personable and professional with strong interpersonal skills
  • Fast-moving and decisive; comfortable in a dynamic, startup-style environment
  • Hands-on and self-directed—not passive or reactive
  • Must be located close to the office and able to commute regularly
  • Prior experience in an Office Manager, Operations, or Administrative role preferred
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
