About the Role
As Center Manager, you will lead both the business development and operational success of an outpatient theranostics center. This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role with an 80/20 focus:

  • 80% business development and physician engagement
  • 20% clinic operations and team support

You will serve as the local ambassador for United Theranostics, building strong referral networks, supporting clinical trial growth, and ensuring the center delivers an outstanding patient and provider experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, grow, and manage referral relationships with oncologists and urologists
  • Spend the majority of your time in the field meeting with referring providers and expanding awareness of treatment offerings and clinical trials
  • Drive referral volume through targeted outreach, educational meetings, and community events
  • Position United Theranostics as a trusted partner to referring practices
  • Track referral activity, outreach efforts, and market insights in CRM tools and report trends to leadership
  • Resolve service issues quickly to strengthen provider relationships and patient satisfaction
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to support referral growth and a seamless patient experience
  • Lead staff meetings and promote accountability, engagement, and performance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards while supporting operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare sales, physician relations, or business development
  • Strong background working with clinical teams in a healthcare setting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple relationships while supporting operations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in oncology, outpatient services, or theranostics is a plus
  • Prior experience mentoring or leading cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, organized, and patient-focused mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
