Job Title: Clinical Sales Representative / Director of Clinical Partnerships
Work Location: United States
Base Salary: Up to $200,000 (plus commission / bonus)
Summary:
Seeking a senior Clinical Sales professional to join a growing commercial team. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with CROs, diagnostic companies, and clinical research stakeholders to support diagnostic clinical studies and related partnerships. This is a fully remote, high-impact role for someone who understands the clinical research ecosystem and is comfortable selling into CROs and/or diagnostic organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow relationships with CROs, diagnostic companies, and clinical research partners
- Drive new business development for diagnostic clinical studies and related services
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, contracting, and close
- Partner closely with internal clinical, operations, and study teams to ensure successful execution
- Develop strategic account plans for mid-market to enterprise clients
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in clinical research sales, CRO business development, or diagnostic company sales
- Direct experience selling into one or more of the following:
- CROs
- Diagnostic companies
- Clinical research sponsors
- Research sites / networks
- Strong understanding of the clinical trial landscape and how diagnostic studies are run
- Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment
- Prior role at a CRO or diagnostic company
- Experience selling diagnostic clinical studies or related research services
- Director-level or senior individual contributor background
- Existing network within CROs and diagnostic organizations
