QA Training Specialist

- Design/develop/maintain training modules, courses, and evaluations.
- Design/schedule/deliver initial, continuous, and refresher training.
- Design/schedule/deliver annual GMP training.
- Create and maintain training plans.
- Review/maintain/audit training files and databases.
- Prepare/issue/track training materials.
- Support trainers and trainees as needed.
- Assist in preparing for, participating in, and responding to audits by regulatory agencies.
- Assist with other Quality Assurance activities as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in instructional design, education, communications, technical field, or related discipline.
- Experience in a scientific environment with a strong foundational understanding of GMP principles and their application to instructional design and training delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and training design and development skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and learning management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for precision.
