DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Network-Wide Patient Access Strategy
a. Oversee execution of centralized recruitment campaigns including:
- i. Paid social, paid search, and digital media
- ii. CRM-based nurture, re-engagement, and waitlist activation
- iii. Community outreach and local partnerships
- iv. Physician and referral-based strategies where applicable
b. Ensure consistent DM branding, messaging, and patient experience across all channels.
c. Rapidly test, learn, and scale based on performance analytics.
2. AI, Data &Enrollment Analytics
a. Oversee execution of centralized recruitment campaigns including:
- i. Paid social, paid search, and digital media

- iv. Physician and referral-based strategies where applicable

3. Multi-Channel Patient Acquisition
a. Oversee execution of centralized recruitment campaigns including:
- i. Paid social, paid search, and digital media

- iii. Community outreach and local partnerships
- iv. Physician and referral-based strategies where applicable
b. Ensure consistent DM branding, messaging, and patient experience across all channels.
c. Rapidly test, learn, and scale based on performance analytics.
4. Cross Functional Leadership
a. Partner closely with:
- i. Patient Enrollment & Call Center teams to optimize intake and prescreen conversion
- ii. Clinical Operations & Site Leaders to align recruitment with staffing and visit capacity
- iii. Business Development to support Sponsor conversations with data-backed enrollment strategies
b. Serve as a key contributor in bid defenses, enrollment rescue planning, and sponsor reporting.
5. Team & Vendor Leadership
- a. Lead, mentor, and scale DM’s Patient Access Marketing team.
- b. Establish KPIs, performance standards, and accountability frameworks.
- c. Manage external vendors, agencies, and technology partners.
- d. Build internal capability in analytics literacy and AI-driven decision-making.
6. Compliance, Quality & Ethics
a. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with:
- i. GCP, HIPAA, FDA, IRB, and local regulations
b. Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure audit readiness.
- c. Champion ethical, patient-first recruitment practices.
7. Success Metrics
- a. Enrollment velocity vs. plan by site and study
- b. Cost per randomized participant
- c. Channel ROI and attribution accuracy
- d. Time-to-first-screen / randomization
- e. Diversity enrollment performance
- f. Sponsor satisfaction and repeat business impact
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or Life Sciences required
- MBA, MPH, or equivalent preferred
Experience:
- 7–10+ years in patient recruitment, healthcare marketing, or clinical research operations
- Proven experience implementing data, analytics, and technology-enabled recruitment
- Experience partnering with Ops, Enrollment, and BD teams
