Summary:

Seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) leader for a second-shift supervisory role in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for guiding production teams, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach production staff to achieve daily operational goals and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Monitor production lines, address bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize workflow and output.
  • Provide job-specific training and support to team members, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards.
  • Manage scheduling, attendance, PTO, and overtime for production personnel, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and company policies.
  • Oversee and approve labor hours, timecards, and production record corrections as needed.
  • Collaborate with quality teams on investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between production technicians and management, addressing concerns and supporting a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
