Summary:

Seeking an experienced engineer to lead the design and implementation of advanced user interfaces using modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React and HTMX, a strong understanding of AI-assisted development, and a passion for building accessible, high-performance applications. Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop responsive, accessible user interfaces utilizing React and HTMX for optimal performance and user experience.
• Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and robust user interactions.
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development, validate code, and maintain high standards of code quality and security.
• Optimize application performance through techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, and efficient state management.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and established design patterns.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and adherence to team standards to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues using browser developer tools and AI-assisted debugging methods.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a proven track record of delivering production-quality code.
• Advanced proficiency in React.js, including hooks, context API, and modern state management solutions.
• Strong expertise in HTMX for dynamic content loading and server-driven UI interactions.
• Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and proficiency with TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development.
• Solid knowledge of Git and collaborative version control workflows.
• Familiarity with build tools and bundlers such as Webpack or Vite.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, or Cypress).
• Knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), and implementation of accessible components.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in team environments.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to emerging technologies and fast-paced environments.
• Professional experience in DevOps, security, and cloud infrastructure is a plus.
