Summary:
Seeking an experienced Marketing Strategy Lead to drive comprehensive marketing and lead-generation initiatives within the diagnostics sector. This role is responsible for developing and executing digital and event-based marketing strategies, optimizing discovery channels, and building scalable systems to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end marketing and lead-generation strategies to support qualified deal flow and pipeline growth.
- Oversee and optimize digital discovery channels, including SEO, AI search, and website conversion, to maximize lead capture and qualification.
- Plan and execute conference and event strategies, focusing on pre-scheduled meetings, relationship building, and measurable outcomes.
- Integrate content, social media, advisors, consultants, events, and partnerships into a scalable marketing system.
- Establish repeatable processes to reduce dependency on founders and support sales engineering teams.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing strategy and diagnostics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, preferably within the diagnostics or healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, AI search, and website optimization.
- Experience planning and executing conferences, webinars, and other events.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable marketing systems and processes.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, analytics, CRM systems).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
