Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations for a network of clinical research sites, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and implement scalable processes to support site operations and growth.
• Monitor and drive site performance, focusing on operational, financial, and recruitment objectives.
• Collaborate with site leaders to streamline workflows and address operational challenges.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the clinical research sector.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices across all sites.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service and meet organizational goals.
• Support the expansion and scaling of the site network through effective management and process optimization.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research or multi-site healthcare operations.
• Demonstrated leadership in scaling operations and managing multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational excellence.
• Experience in client relationship management within the clinical research or healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Track record of driving performance and achieving operational goals.
