Summary:
Seeking an experienced leader to oversee and optimize operations for a network of clinical research sites. This role is responsible for driving site performance, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service to clients in the clinical research sector.
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations for multiple clinical research sites, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to protocols.
- Develop and implement scalable processes to enhance operational efficiency across all locations.
- Monitor and drive site performance, focusing on operational, financial, and recruitment objectives.
- Collaborate with site leaders to identify and resolve operational challenges and streamline processes.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and contract research sectors.
- Ensure all sites comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards for clinical research.
- Lead initiatives to support the growth and expansion of the clinical research network.
- Report on site metrics and performance to executive leadership, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in clinical research or multi-site healthcare operations.
- Demonstrated leadership in scaling operations and managing multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in a clinical research environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
