Summary:

Seeking a Site Manager/Director to oversee and optimize operations across multiple clinical research sites. This leadership role is responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service. The position requires strong operational, financial, and client management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations for a network of clinical research sites, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance.
• Develop and implement scalable processes to enhance operational efficiency and support growth.
• Monitor and drive site performance, focusing on operational, financial, and recruitment objectives.
• Collaborate with site leaders to identify and resolve operational challenges and streamline workflows.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and clinical research sectors.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and clinical trial protocols across all sites.
• Lead and mentor site management teams to achieve organizational goals and maintain high standards of service.
• Report on site metrics and performance to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research or multi-site healthcare operations.
• Demonstrated leadership in scaling operations and managing multiple locations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to report on key performance indicators.
