  • Contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting project timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific field with at least 2 years of relevant biopharmaceutical industry experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of comparable experience.
  • Hands-on experience developing and troubleshooting ligand-binding assays using ELISA, electrochemiluminescence (MSD), or Gyrolab platforms.
  • Working knowledge of pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity concepts, including ADA and NAb assays.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and scientific rigor.
  • Familiarity with electronic laboratory notebook systems (e.g., Benchling) preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
