Summary:
Seeking a motivated and organized professional for a front desk role in a medical setting. This position is contract-to-permanent, full-time, and requires Spanish language proficiency. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing reception duties, and supporting administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact, greeting and welcoming patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Efficiently answer and direct incoming phone calls, ensuring timely and courteous communication.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, and process patient payments as needed.
- Deliver administrative support, including data entry, filing, and scanning of documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff, utilizing Spanish language skills as required.
- Assist with coverage at other clinic locations as needed, requiring occasional travel within the area.
- Support the team with additional clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a medical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Ability to travel between office locations as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
