Job Title: Entry Level Project Manager

Summary:

Seeking an Entry Level Project Manager to assist in the coordination and execution of cross-functional projects within the life sciences sector. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in gaining hands-on experience in project management, supporting research, development, and operational teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing projects across research, development, and operational teams.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure progress and identify risks.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document notes, and track action items for team collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and update dashboards using project management tools.
  • Prepare and deliver status updates and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support resource allocation and prioritization across multiple functions.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or bottlenecks to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include life sciences, bioengineering, biotechnology, chemistry, biomedical engineering, business, or related areas.
  • 0–3 years of experience in project management, program coordination, research operations, or similar roles (internships, co-ops, and academic projects are considered).
  • Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a scientific environment.
  • Interest in biotech, drug development, or life sciences operations.
  • Exposure to biotech or pharmaceutical environments (academic lab, industry internship, or co-op) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, MS Project) is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of drug development and R&D workflows is beneficial.
  • Experience supporting scientists or technical teams is a plus.
  • Interest in pursuing project management or life sciences certifications (CAPM, PMP, RAC, etc.) is welcomed.
