Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Work Location: York County, Pennsylvania
Summary:
Seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Promote and enforce safety policies, maintaining a continuous improvement mindset throughout all warehouse operations.
- Perform and oversee material handling tasks, including forklift operation and box truck driving, as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (such as cGMP, GDP, FDA, DEA) and maintain accurate records of material movement and temperature logs.
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and proper issuance of materials.
- Train, coach, and manage warehouse team members, setting performance goals and development plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate receipt, disposal, and shipment of materials.
- Support audits and inspections by regulatory agencies and internal quality teams, and oversee handling of controlled substances.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in a GMP regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (such as Oracle or SAP) and physical inventory processes.
- Licensed Fork Truck Operator with at least 5 years of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
