Job Title: Contract Recruiter
Work Location: Middlesex County, Massachusetts
Summary:
Seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support organizational growth by managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, with a focus on G&A, CMC, and Research functions. This is a 6-month contract position, requiring 25-30 hours per week and a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple functional areas within the organization.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide consultative recruiting support.
- Design and implement effective recruiting strategies in partnership with leadership teams.
- Analyze market trends and share insights to optimize recruitment approaches and outcomes.
- Communicate the organization’s value proposition to attract top talent in a compelling manner.
- Ensure a high-quality, seamless candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
- Work in partnership with HR business partners to deliver a smooth and efficient hiring process for managers.
- Contribute to and lead recruitment team initiatives, driving process improvements and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4-8 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement within a recruiting function.
- Ability to recruit effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience supporting a variety of business functions, including G&A, CMC, and Research.
- Availability to work a hybrid schedule, with 2-3 days per week onsite in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
