Job Title: Clinical Sales Specialist - Northeast

Summary:
The Clinical Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales process and clinical implementation of specialized medical technology in new and existing accounts. This role involves extensive travel, customer training, and collaboration with clinical teams to drive product adoption and utilization.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical expertise throughout the sales process, including presentations and managing clinical evaluations at hospital accounts.
- Provide go-live and ongoing support to customers, ensuring successful product implementation and satisfaction.
- Conduct initial and ongoing clinical interpretation training, establishing protocols with clinical end-users.
- Supplement customer training and provide proficiency education to laboratory personnel and clinicians.
- Identify opportunities to expand product utilization and increase adoption within both new and existing accounts.
- Engage key opinion leaders and reference accounts to serve as demonstration sites for prospective customers.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams for product enhancement and improvement.
- Complete administrative tasks, attend training sessions and meetings, and achieve defined revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related discipline (Life Sciences, Nursing, Perfusion, Anesthesia, or similar).
- 2+ years of industry experience in critical care, surgery, obstetrics, trauma, and/or diagnostics preferred.
- Experience in clinical education, training programs, and/or sales.
- Clinical experience in critical care or operating room settings, with emphasis on coagulation and hemostasis preferred.
- Professional credentialing (RN, CCP, PA, etc.) preferred.
- Knowledge of perioperative bleeding management, critical care medicine, and/or surgery.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong technical and clinical aptitude for customer training.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Fully remote with proximity to a US airport; up to 80% domestic travel required.
- Valid US Driver's License required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
- Must maintain credentialing in customer credentialing services.
