Manufacturing Technician (Washroom)

Summary:
The Manufacturing Technician (Washroom) is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through cleaning, maintenance, and assisting with production activities. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning and sanitization of manufacturing equipment, glassware, and equipment parts to maintain operational standards.
- Conduct routine cleaning and sanitization of clean rooms and manufacturing areas to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and calibrate production equipment according to established schedules and protocols.
- Participate in the filling and packaging processes for medical devices as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of manufacturing supplies and request additional materials when necessary.
- Assist other manufacturing personnel with specific processes and tasks as required by operational needs.
- Read and follow all applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records to ensure process accuracy.
- Uphold facility housekeeping and maintenance standards, adhering to cGMP and safety requirements at all times.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a cGMP environment or clean-room setting is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb stairs, and occasionally lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated professionalism, maturity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new manufacturing processes and procedures.
