Job Title: Marketing Director

Summary:

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Director to lead US marketing initiatives, focusing on building brand awareness, credibility, and commercial presence. This role requires a blend of scientific expertise and practical marketing execution to drive engagement and business growth in the US market.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and promote preclinical services and mouse models in the US market.
  • Adapt global messaging and positioning to effectively engage US-based biotech and pharmaceutical audiences.
  • Oversee and update website content to ensure scientific accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Create and refine technical materials, case studies, and digital content to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly.
  • Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, utilizing analytics and SEO to maximize engagement and lead generation.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns, organize technical seminars, and participate in industry events to educate and engage clients and prospects.
  • Mentor and support marketing team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across regions.
  • Monitor marketing performance, manage CRM systems, and continuously improve programs based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • MS or equivalent degree in biomedical or related field required; PhD preferred. Relevant experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO settings may substitute for advanced degree.
  • Comprehensive understanding of drug discovery processes, including small molecules and biologics.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and programs.
  • Excellent scientific communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable building marketing programs in a growing market.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • MBA, business training, or Chinese language proficiency is advantageous.
