Job Title: TA Sourcer

Summary:
Seeking a skilled recruiter with a background in biotech, pharmaceutical, or clinical research to manage full-cycle recruitment for scientific, clinical, regulatory, and corporate roles. This temporary position is available immediately and is expected to last through January, with potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding for various specialized roles.
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies for high-demand positions across clinical operations, R&D, regulatory, medical affairs, and project management functions.
- Utilize networking, advanced search techniques, job boards, referrals, and passive outreach to identify and engage top talent.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specialized roles.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, applicant tracking system updates, and recruitment metrics.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with EEO, OFCCP, and industry-specific hiring standards.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Human Resources, Life Sciences, Business, or related areas.
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in biotech, pharmaceutical, or clinical research sectors.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for clinical, scientific, or GxP-regulated positions.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trials, FDA regulations, drug development processes, and industry organizational structures.
- Proficiency in Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and building robust talent pipelines.
- Experience collaborating with executive-level stakeholders and coaching hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- Background in high-volume or project-based recruiting environments (RPO/FSP/direct hire experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting aggressive hiring goals.
