Job Title: Clinical Trial Service Line Manager (Clinical Trial Liaison)

Summary:
This position leads awareness, education, and patient enrollment for a clinical trial portfolio focused on oncology and radiopharmaceuticals. The role bridges clinical operations, physician engagement, and strategic marketing to drive trial participation and build referral pipelines across multiple sites. The position requires a blend of clinical trial operations expertise, field outreach, and sales team enablement, with a focus on early-phase (Phase I-II) oncology trials.
Responsibilities:
- Drive patient enrollment for clinical trials by serving as the primary resource for the service line and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all active and upcoming studies.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase clinical trial awareness and participation among eligible patients and referring physicians.
- Educate and support field and sales teams on trial eligibility, patient identification, and referral workflows, including the creation of educational materials and referral guides.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring providers, research networks, sponsors, and patient advocacy groups to facilitate smooth referral and enrollment processes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for trial-related inquiries, assisting referring offices in identifying candidates and navigating referral procedures.
- Manage direct-to-patient marketing efforts for clinical trials, collaborating with internal and external marketing teams to maximize outreach effectiveness.
- Track and report key performance indicators related to trial growth, referral volume, pipeline conversion, and marketing engagement to leadership.
- Identify new clinical trial opportunities aligned with organizational capabilities and physician interests, supporting ongoing expansion of the trial portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, health sciences, nuclear medicine technology, or equivalent (MDs will not be considered).
- Minimum 5 years of clinical research or clinical operations experience in oncology, with direct involvement in Phase I-II trials.
- Experience in physician engagement, referral processes, clinical trial enrollment, and patient recruitment strategies.
- Knowledge of adverse event monitoring, FDA regulations, ICH GCP guidelines, and human subject protection requirements.
- Radiopharmaceutical or nuclear medicine clinical trial experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with clinical trial management systems (CTMS), electronic data capture (EDC) systems, and operational reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel and ability to commute to Montgomery County, Maryland for hybrid in-office work.
