Our client, a leading diagnostics company, is hiring a Senior Sales Representatives – Diagnostics.

Work Location: Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, New Orleans, Illinois, Tennesee 

Summary:

This role is ideal for a self-directed sales professional who understands the diagnostics market, thrives in a growth environment, and can immediately impact revenue through existing relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development and revenue growth within assigned territory
  • Leverage an existing network of laboratory, clinical, hospital, and/or diagnostics industry contacts to generate qualified opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, presentations, negotiations, and close
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, leadership, technical/support) to ensure customer success
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the diagnostics industry (clinical diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, laboratory solutions, or related fields)
  • Demonstrated success carrying and exceeding revenue quotas
  • Established pipeline of contacts and prospects within the diagnostics market
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, purchasing processes, and key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization
  • Experience selling diagnostic assays, instruments, platforms, or lab services (preferred)
  • Background calling on reference labs, hospital systems, or physician networks (preferred)
  • Experience working in early-stage or high-growth diagnostics companies (preferred)
