Summary:

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure optimal operation and efficiency of manufacturing equipment in a dynamic production environment. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of equipment and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Utilize machine shop equipment for repairs and modifications as needed.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status to relevant personnel.
• Identify root causes of equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Recommend and manage critical spare parts inventory to support ongoing operations.
• Contribute to the improvement of preventive maintenance programs and suggest process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures while performing assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school education required.
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance or mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including bending, standing, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with general repair, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
