Customer Experience Specialist

Work Location: Middlesex County, NJ

Summary:

Seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support sales operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient order processing and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, product availability, and order status via multiple channels.
  • Enter and process sales orders received by phone, web, email, or EDI into the order management system.
  • Prepare and provide quotes for stock products to customers as requested.
  • Complete shipping documentation to ensure accurate and timely delivery of international orders.
  • Manage invoicing tasks, including adding freight charges and billing customers appropriately.
  • Process credit card orders and handle daily incoming mail efficiently.
  • Offer administrative support to sales and related teams, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to procedures.
  • Follow all relevant policies and procedures, including ISO 9001 standards, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience; call center or high call volume experience is a plus.
  • Ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work efficiently under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and adaptability in a dynamic, growing organization.
