Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Mentor and scale a team of Senior Implementation Project Managers, focusing on professional development and performance management.
- Directly manage the delivery of complex, high-stakes enterprise programs, setting best practices for implementation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, work instructions, and frameworks to standardize delivery processes.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and dashboards to track the health of product development portfolios and resolve delivery blockers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical dependencies and ensure commitments are met.
- Represent the organization in executive-level discussions with partners, ensuring long-term value and navigating organizational complexity.
- Drive the transition from customized to standardized delivery approaches, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Act as the final escalation point for program delivery issues, ensuring timely risk identification and resolution.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project or program management experience in technical, customer-facing environments such as SaaS, enterprise software, or biopharma.
- Proven experience managing and developing project managers or technical leads.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, act with urgency, and escalate risks promptly.
- Strong technical understanding of data flows, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and data-driven AI/ML systems.
- Expertise in designing blueprints and visual workflows using tools like LucidChart or Miro.
- Experience with laboratory data, GxP compliance, or a background in life sciences or biotech.
- Experience delivering large-scale data engineering or AI/ML initiatives with a focus on data quality and orchestration.
