Summary:

Seeking an experienced professional to support fragrance development and laboratory operations, including compounding, quality control, and inventory management, while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities:

• Support fragrance development by compounding and preparing product samples for evaluation.
• Lead and manage side projects within the laboratory environment.
• Assist with quality control processes and serve as backup for laboratory management functions.
• Process and maintain laboratory tracking systems for profiles and resubmissions.
• Order and manage raw materials to ensure laboratory is fully stocked at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully supplied workstation to support daily operations.
• Execute all necessary requirements and documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 process flows.
• Remain accountable for all assigned responsibilities and deadlines as defined by laboratory protocols.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of related experience in a laboratory or fragrance compounding environment.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work well under deadlines.
• Experience with quality control and laboratory inventory management.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements and laboratory best practices.
