Job Title: PMO Lead

Summary:
The PMO Lead is responsible for overseeing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality standards in a regulated environment. This role manages project processes, methodologies, and portfolio performance, while providing guidance and support to project teams and reporting to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Establish project strategies, identify work packages, assemble teams, create schedules, and estimate resource needs.
- Motivate and support project teams, facilitate interdepartmental communication, and manage risks and conflicts.
- Track project progress, monitor budgets, and ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
- Implement actions to support organizational changes resulting from project outcomes.
- Provide regular project status updates, prepare key decisions, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Oversee project documentation, ensuring all management documents are drafted and validated appropriately.
- Lead project closure activities, gather lessons learned, and coordinate handover to relevant departments for post-project responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong financial analysis and management skills.
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its challenges.
- Master's degree (preferred).
- PMP or similar certification (preferred).
