Summary:
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to promote good clinical practices in the conduct of clinical investigations, ensuring protocol adherence, participant safety, and data integrity in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver primary care and assist in the evaluation and treatment of research participants.
- Conduct interviews with patients to gather relevant medical information.
- Collect and interpret diagnostic data to support clinical research activities.
- Perform physical examinations and specialized procedures under physician direction.
- Educate research participants and provide training to other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records related to clinical research activities.
- Develop and sustain effective working relationships with staff members.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support clinical research operations.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure.
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification in specialty area.
- At least 4 years of professional clinical experience required.
- Clinical research experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in maintaining and reviewing records.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
