Job Title: Patient Recruitment Specialist - remote

Summary:
This position is project-based and part-time to start, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance. The Patient Recruitment Specialist will focus on driving patient enrollment for clinical studies through a combination of outreach and digital marketing strategies. Compensation is hourly and commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement patient recruitment campaigns tailored to specific clinical studies.
- Engage with local healthcare providers, clinics, and community organizations to generate patient referrals.
- Assist in the creation and management of digital marketing initiatives, including online ads and social media outreach.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as lead flow and conversion rates to optimize performance.
- Conduct initial screening of potential study participants and facilitate their transition to clinical site staff.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and recommend innovative strategies for improving recruitment efficiency and reducing costs.
- Maintain organized records of outreach activities and follow-up communications with leads.
- Adapt to varying project demands and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in patient recruitment, healthcare marketing, or clinical trial enrollment.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
- Familiarity with clinical research or healthcare environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with community outreach and partnership development is a plus.
- Flexible availability to accommodate project-based work schedules.
