Summary:

Seeking an experienced professional to drive sales growth and manage client relationships within the clinical diagnostics sector. The role focuses on expanding market presence, developing account strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective solutions and service offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of laboratory diagnostic equipment and related service contracts to meet regional targets.
• Develop and execute account penetration strategies for assigned clients in the clinical diagnostics market.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base within the territory.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-up.
• Address client concerns, resolve conflicts, and deliver timely solutions to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and support customer needs.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, utilizing CRM tools for effective account management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager, preferably in clinical diagnostics or related fields.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
