Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Summary:
Responsible for engaging distributor representatives and veterinarians with comprehensive information about veterinary products to support appropriate recommendations and drive business growth. This role does not include people management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver product and technical training to distributor and over-the-counter representatives through ride-alongs and educational sessions.
- Support new product launches by ensuring call centers are trained and equipped with necessary support materials.
- Conduct visits to veterinarian offices to present products, provide samples, and host educational seminars.
- Coordinate and schedule dinner meetings with distributor representatives to foster relationships and share product updates.
- Collaborate with technical service professionals to organize meetings and educational events at veterinary schools.
- Maintain regular visits to veterinary schools in the region to communicate pricing and introduce new products.
- Manage a yearly budget, including planning and executing marketing activities to support product launches and ongoing field presence.
- Submit timely reports containing relevant industry insights and competitive intelligence to the main office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 1 year of sales or marketing experience, or 3 years of experience working in a veterinary hospital.
- Experience in the veterinary manufacturer or animal health industry preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
