Job Title: Formulator

Work Location: Broward County, Florida

Summary:

Seeking a skilled professional to develop and optimize oral solid dosage dietary supplements, ensuring high-quality product formulation and technical support throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and formulate new oral solid dosage dietary supplements, including tablets, capsules, and powders, based on provided specifications and samples.
• Coordinate and modify both new and existing product formulations to meet evolving requirements.
• Prepare nutraceutical formulations, perform necessary calculations, and conduct test analyses as required.
• Optimize ingredient and product functionality to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve manufacturing processes.
• Create and review Supplement and Nutritional Facts for all formulated products.
• Draft technical documents, including written monographs and progress reports, and review Master Formulas.
• Research clinical studies related to active ingredients and provide technical support to both domestic and international customers.
• Review documentation for international product registration and monitor data from all phases of product design and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Chemistry.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in formulation or product development.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and familiarity with laboratory equipment and production stages such as blending and compression.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
