Summary:
A Research Associate, LNP Formulation is sought to support the development and validation of lipid nanoparticle (LNP) platforms for advanced therapeutics. This role offers hands-on laboratory experience and the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct LNP formulation processes to support both in vivo and in vitro experimental studies.
- Perform biophysical analytics and in vitro characterization of lipid nanoparticles.
- Collaborate with various scientific teams to evaluate LNP quality, potency, and performance.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate experimental documentation using electronic lab notebooks.
- Analyze experimental data and present findings to internal and cross-functional groups.
- Assist with general laboratory operations, including reagent preparation and equipment upkeep.
- Manage laboratory inventory and ensure proper maintenance of supplies and materials.
- Support continuous improvement of laboratory protocols and contribute to process optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Laboratory experience in formulation, nanoparticle synthesis, or analytical techniques (academic or industry) preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed protocols and maintain precise records of experimental work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and improve laboratory processes.
- Familiarity with electronic lab notebooks and basic data analysis tools (such as Excel or GraphPad) is advantageous.
