Job Title: Clinical Provider Physician

Work Location: Milwaukee County, Wisconsin

Summary:

Seeking a Physician to provide clinical oversight and patient care at scheduled onsite events, focusing on reviewing patients and ordering PGX testing as medically necessary. This part-time role involves rotating through multiple facilities and requires independent clinical judgment and familiarity with pharmacogenomics.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient reviews and exercise independent clinical judgment at scheduled onsite events.
• Write lab orders for pharmacogenomic (PGX) testing when medically indicated.
• Participate in 2–3 events per week, each lasting 3–4 hours, with a total of 15–20 hours per week.
• Rotate across approximately 30 facilities, providing care to a patient population of around 2,400 individuals.
• Attend events that may occasionally be scheduled on Saturdays.
• Complete required safety and education training during onboarding.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant clinical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Physician, licensed in Wisconsin.
• Experience or familiarity with pharmacogenomic (PGX) testing.
• Ability to exercise independent clinical judgment in a non-clinic, event-based setting.
• Willingness to work a flexible, part-time schedule including possible Saturdays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction.
• Commitment to completing onboarding safety and education training.
• Ability to travel to multiple facilities within the county as required.
• Target start date within June.
